Back in the day, Freeman’s democratised fashion with its payments scheme. People with little money could afford clothes that may have otherwise been unobtainable. It was supercool at the time, with icons of their era being the face of the brand - legends such as Twiggy and Lulu.
Fast forward a few decades and despite reinventing the purchase experience by moving their fashion and homeware offering all online, the perception was that the brand still lived in a dusty, dated catalogue. So we relaunched the brand with a new campaign platform: Made You Look.
The cheeky, fresh campaign launch spanned all media touchpoints and showcased all of Freemans’ product categories - fashion, home, beauty, and gifts - tapping into our audience’s desire to be admired.
Everything we say, do and showcase must make people look at Freemans in a whole new way.
The turnaround of the once iconic Freemans’ brand is already in full swing. Off the relaunch, we saw a 5% increase in Christmas sales, and a 23% increase in website visits.
